Responsibilities
David Jenkins joined Cushman & Wakefield Moscow, as Head of Hospitality for Russia and the region in May 2010. David has led hotel consulting teams in Russia since 2006 and prior to this had 15 years of hotel management experience in Moscow and London.
Recent Successes
David has led a range of assignments across Russia and Ukraine in the last 4 years. These include working on behalf of both private sector and public sector clients. A selection of his more than 100 projects includes:
      Completion of the market and financial feasibility study and operator selection for the Hyatt Regency in Sochi (2010);
      Market and financial feasibility studies with residual land valuations for 5 mixed-use complexes across Russia on behalf of EBRD with hotel properties to be leased by Accor (2009);
       Portfolio valuation of Mosspromstroi owned hotels in Moscow (Marriott Grand, Marriott Tverskaya, Marriott Aurora, Hilton    Leningradskaya, Holiday Inn Lesnaya and Holiday Inn Suschevsky        Val (2009);
      Completing concept for the luxury hotel and serviced residences as integral part of the European Embankment project in central St. Petersburg (2008);
      Valuation of the iconic Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg on behalf of a potential buyer (2009);
      Feasibility study and operator review for a mid-market hotel in close proximity to Domodedevo airport in Moscow (2008);
      Completing a concept development for a spa hotel in Tyumen, Siberia on the grounds of an existing Soviet-era sanatorium, as well as operational review of the existing property (2009);
      Valuation of the Landmark Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan (2010);
      Feasibility study and operator review for 2 hotels within planned Expo centre in the regions of St Petersburg close to Pushkin (2009).
