Responsibilities
Fabio Braidotti provides consultancy services to the hotel sector, focusing on operator selections, investment and transaction services. He joined Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality in February 2010 and is based in Rome.
Recent Successes
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality, Fabio was a member of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ team with recent successes including:
· Sale of the sole Mid Market asset in Italy in 2009, the 4-star business Hotel Etrusco in Arezzo, Tuscany
· Delivery of an Operator Selection in Venice on behalf of Aareal Bank
· Origination and relationship management with key financial institutions active in the Hotel Real Estate sector
· Various assignments in Valuations and Feasibility studies including the €350M Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice, the €215M Capo Malfatano Resort development in Sardinia and the €130M Alliance Portfolio including 7 hotels throughout Italy
· Editing of specialized press articles, topics including Hotel market parameters and investment and trading outlook.
