Kelley Parker has more than 30 years of real estate experience representing corporate clients and institutions in their multi-tenant, office, and industrial facility requirements. He has an extensive background assisting clients with difficult site acquisitions/dispositions and lease negotiations.
In 1990 Mr. Parker joined C&W, where he quickly became one of the company’s top-producing brokers. He was the Top Industrial Producer in the Houston office in 1994. He received C&W’s Industrial Brokerage Deal of the Year award in 1994, 1999, 2004, 2005, and 2007 and C&W’s National Service Excellence Award for outstanding client service in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2006. Mr. Parker was recognized as one of the Top Ten C&W Brokers in the Houston branch in 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2007, and in 2006 and 2007 he was the second highest producing industrial broker throughout C&W globally. In 1991 and 2005, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) named Mr. Parker Industrial Broker of the Year. He was also awarded the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) Star Award in its inauguration in 1985 for accomplishing a difficult and creative transaction.
Mr. Parker began managing the resort development group out of the Houston office in 2006. Currently, Mr. Parker oversees a multi-billion dollar resort portfolio throughout the Americas and the Caribbean. Mr. Parker’s involvement ranges from acquisition and disposition to all aspects of resort properties from: marina, hotel, golf, spa, retail and residential parcel sales to complete branding and master development oversight.
Mr. Parker is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA and an MBA. His MBA includes specializations in finance and real estate. He is active in many professional, civic and charitable organizations, including the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), where served as Director and President in 1987. He has served on the Texas Association of Realtors CID board of governors. Mr. Parker is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and holds the prestigious SIOR designation. Mr. Parker was the past president of both the Houston Association of Realtors and of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He also served on the board of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership and was the founding President of the East End Chamber of Commerce.
