Chris is an Associate Director and Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) based in London and specialises in valuations and appraisals of hotels and leisure properties.
He joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2006 and moved across to the Hospitality team, focussing on the EMEA region, in June 2007.

BA BSc FRICS
General
Chris has over 15 years hotels, licensed and leisure valuation and advisory experience.
He qualified as MRICS in 1986 and FRICS in 2001.
BA (Hons) in Geography (London University) and BSc in surveying (South Bank University, London)
Chris worked for 8 years with Matthews and Goodman and before that 11 years with Edward Symmons, both in their London offices.
