Project Management Support
Our expertise throughout feasibility, valuation and development advisory will provide a sound base for a smooth pre-opening phase of your development. Our role throughout this phase includes:
- support to design and operational set-up. Our skills in team-building will facilitate a positive approach to your development’s strategic planning and design;
- client representation and project co-ordination. We represent our client in their relationships with all external parties: developers, planners, architects and other consultants. This may include contract negotiations and working with lawyers and the client to successfully conclude agreements with all of the above parties;
- advice on marketing strategy, including PR activity. We review a client’s sales and marketing organisation, people and processes, helping to direct clear and effective sales and marketing plans. We work through the feasibility of new product concepts and provide market entry strategies. We ensure that effect distribution systems are in place and co-ordinate the necessary training and development programmes;
- ongoing operational management services.
