We provide operator selection services in more than 50 countries. It is the essence of what we do: involving the right people for your needs. Whether the project is budget, mid-market or luxury, we know the kind of operators required. We have excellent relationships with hospitality operators and can encourage them to look at the opportunities we’re creating. We have been instructed to find operators on over 4,500 hotel rooms since 2006.

Owners and developers nearly always have different requirements to those of a hotel operator. Some desire a fixed lease, others are happy to take on the business risk and subsequently share in the benefits of a management agreement arrangement, while many fall somewhere in between.
