A full report is compiled, performing a gap analysis against industry norms and the agreed competitive set. From this analysis we compile a range of recommendations that are focused on resolving identified discrepancies in order to improve operation performance.

We also act as an owner’s representative in interactions with the property operator. This includes operational support, budget reviews and approval of capital expenditures, as well as the development and implementation of repositioning strategies and the control of refurbishment programmes. We ensure that operational opportunities are being recognised and that the operator satisfies the commitments made in the management contract and the business plan.
